1. Account registration

3. Considering the binding registration method of the account, you agree that the service will allow your mobile phone number and device identification code to be used for registration。

4. When users register and use this service, they need to collect personal information that can identify the users identity so that the service can contact the user when necessary or provide a better user experience. Agree that the use of this information will be subject to the constraints of Article 3 on the protection of users personal privacy information

Secondly, protection of user personal privacy information

1. If a user is found or receives reports or complaints from others that violate the provisions of this agreement, they have the right to review and delete relevant content, including but not limited to user information and posting records, at any time without notice. Depending on the severity of the situation, the violating account shall be punished with penalties including but not limited to warnings, account bans, device bans, and function bans, and the user shall be notified of the processing results

2. Users who have been banned for violating the user agreement can contact them on their own. Among them, users who have been banned will automatically restore the banned function after the ban period expires. Blocked users can submit appeals, which will be reviewed and a reasonable decision will be made on whether to change the punishment measures

3. The user understands and agrees that they have the right to impose penalties on violations of relevant laws, regulations or provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates the law, and report relevant information to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. The user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from this

4. The user understands and agrees that any third party claims, demands, or losses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the users violation of this agreement shall be compensated by the user to the cooperating company or affiliated company, and shall be held harmless.

III. User publishing content specifications

1. The content referred to in this article refers to any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by users during the process of using the service, including but not limited to account avatars, names, user descriptions, registration information and authentication materials, or text, voice, images, videos, images, and other sending, replying, or automatically replying to messages and related link pages, as well as other content generated by using the account or this service

2. Users are not allowed to use their account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content prohibited by the following laws, regulations, and policies:

(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the law; (2) Harming national security, leaking state secrets, disrupting social stability, and promoting negative news; (3) Harming national honor and interests; (4) Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity; (5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions; (6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability; (7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or instigating crimes; (8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others; (9) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations

3. Users are not allowed to use their account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or spread the following interferences; Service; Normal operation and content that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties

(1) containing any sexual or sexual suggestion; (2) Containing insults, intimidation, or threats; (3) Containing harassment, spam advertising, malicious information, and deceptive information; (4) Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others; (5) Infringement of legitimate rights such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, and trade secrets of others; (6) Contains information that interferes with the normal operation of this service and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties

IV. Usage Rules

1. Any content transmitted or published by the user in or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent, any viewpoint, position or policy, and shall not be held responsible for it.

2. Users are not allowed to use their account or this service to engage in the following behaviors

(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing someone elses profile picture or information, impersonating or using someone elses name; (2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on link pages, or share information; (3) Fictional facts, concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others; (4) Using technological means to establish fake accounts in bulk; (5) Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities using an account or this service; (6) Produce, publish methods and tools related to the above behaviors, or operate or disseminate such methods and tools, whether or not these behaviors are for commercial purposes; (7) Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with normal operations or services without explicit authorization

3. Users are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and validity of information transmitted through their account or this service. Any legal responsibility related to the information disseminated by users shall be borne by the users themselves. If any damage is caused to a third party as a result, the user shall compensate in accordance with the law

4. The provided services may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by third-party suppliers and partners during use. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, users shall be responsible for transactions conducted based on the advertising information themselves, and shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by users due to transactions conducted based on the advertising information or content provided by the aforementioned advertisers

V. Other

2. The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by local laws and regulations. If there is any dispute or controversy between the user and, the first step is to resolve it through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction in the place of residence

3. Any provision of this agreement, regardless of its invalidity or unenforceability for any reason, shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
